Add the following to the bread machine, in the order given, or as recommended by the machine's manufacturer:

3 eggs
1 tablespoon cider vinegar (15 mL)
1/4 cup olive oil (59 mL)
1/4 cup honey (59 mL)
1 1/2 cups buttermilk, tepid (554 mL)
1 teaspoon salt (5 mL)
1 tablespoon xanthan gum (15 mL)
1/3 cup cornstarch (78.25 ml)
1/2 cup potato starch (118 mL)
1/2 cup soy flour (118 mL)
2 cups white rice flour (472 mL)
1 tablespoon active dry yeast (15 mL)

Use the sweet dough cycle. Check after a few minutes and add additional rice flour or liquid if the dough is not the right consistency.

Gluten Free Bread Recipe for Bread Machine #2

3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 2/3 cup water
1 tsp cider vinegar

Mix above ingredients together, then add to baking pan.

2 1/4 tsp RED STARŪ Active Dry Yeast
2 1/4 cups white rice flour
1 cup brown rice flour
2 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dry milk powder
3 tablespoons sugar

Mix above together well, then add to wet ingredients:

Use the Normal or Basic cycle.

Gluten Free Bread Recipe (Mixer method) #3

2 cups organic soy flour (472 mL)
6 tbsp finely ground flax seeds (90 mL)
4 tbsp sesame seeds (60 mL
5 tbsp yeast (75 mL)
1.5 tsp xanthan gum (22.5 mL)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (60 mL)
1.5 cups lukewarm water (354 mL)

Mix dry ingredients first, then add oil and water. Put the mixture into a pan that has been oiled with olive oil. Rise in a warm place. When mixture has risen and appears bubbly, pat down and allow to rise again. When risen, bake at 350 F (176 C) for 35-40 minutes.
