Web's Best Recipe Rice Bread
The different varieties of recipe rice bread fit into many categories of bread recipes.
First, rice bread has ethnic origins and is popular among mid-eastern cultures as well as among American aboriginal people.

Third, modern cooks sometimes mix rice with wheat flours to produce a bread that's a bit different but very, very tasty.
#1 Recipe Rice Bread using Bread Maker
Gluten-Free (BUT CHECK BEFORE USING)
Tip: wheat-free breads are held together with a substance such as Xanthan gum, guar gum,
1 cup gluten-free buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cup brown rice flour. Tip: You can replace up to 1/2 cup of this with any other gluten free flour).
1/3 cup potato starch flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp dry yeast
Place first four ingredients in bread pan. Stir.
In a separate bowl, combine and mix all dry ingredients except yeast. Combine eggs and water in a third bowl, and beat. Add 1/2 flour mixtures to bread pan. Add egg mixture. Add the remainder of the dry ingredients. Pour the yeast on top.
Use the setting for light crust. If dough does not mix well during kneading, use your rubber spatula to give it a hand.
After baking, cool recipe rice bread on wire rack.
#2 Recipe Rice Bread
This gluten-free recipe rice bread does not call for a bread machine. CHECK ingredients before using if a gluten-free diet is needed.
3 cup rice flour
2 tbsp gluten-free baking powder
10 tbsp potato starch flour
1 cup dry milk
1/4 cup instant mashed potatoes
2 pkg dry yeast
2 cup hot tap water
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
1 tsp salt
4 beaten eggs
Mix flours together. Put two cups of flours into mixer bowl.
Add yeast, sugar, salt, baking powder and dry milk. Mix.
Combine instant potatoes and hot water. Whip with fork.
Add potato mixture and soft butter to dry ingredients. Beat for three minutes.
Add remaining flour and eggs, then beat another three minutes.
Cover, and let rise for one hour. Beat just to remove large gas bubbles.
Pour into two greased loaf pans, cover and let rise another 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
#3 Recipe Rice Bread
Note: This recipe rice bread has its origins with the Native Indians or aboriginal people of North America.
1 cup cooked wild rice
1/4 cup corn meal
2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
Combine ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
